Jintian Tang
Born and raised in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in southwest Sichuan Province, Tang was brought up in an environment of Yi ethnic culture. Since her childhood, Tang has shown a strong desire to explore the colorful outside world and discover the beauty of nature. She chose Japanese as her major when she went to university after graduating from local high school. During her campus life, as one of the top students in her class, she was given the opportunity to study in Japan for a year as an exchange student, majoring in international business. After immersing herself in Japanese culture for over a year, she not only excelled in the Japanese language, but also learned some unique skills, such as conducting the tea ceremony and flower arrangement. These cultural experiences further impressed her with their unique charm.
After graduation, she has been working in a job that requires the use of Japanese and enjoys a lot from the cultural exchange. Tang herself is also a big fan of oil painting, pottery and pop clay sculpture. With a good command of Japanese and a love of nature, Tang will serve as a Japanese language logistical guide and interpreter on our tours planned specifically for Japanese tourists. Her passion and detail-driven working style will be an important part of our efforts to make the most enjoyable WildFlora trips for our Japanese visitors.
